Otas was engaged to provide Town Planning Services for Tribeca Village Leppington. The Project consisted of 85 townhouses and associated subdivision works.

We provided expert town planning and desktop review services to support the development application (DA) for an 85-lot subdivision. Services included a detailed planning assessment against local and state planning controls, identification of key risks and constraints, and coordination with the project team to ensure a compliant and robust DA submission. Our early-stage desktop review helped optimise lot layout and streamline the approval pathway.
