About this Project

Otas was engaged as the Project Manager and Superintendent under the construction contract. The Project consisted of demolition of existing structure, and new fitout for a high-end fashion shop.

Our role involved engaging the consultant team ad overseeing design coordination, authority approvals (DA and CDC), contractor procurement, contractor supervision, and program management to ensure timely delivery. We maintained quality control, managed stakeholder communications, and ensured compliance with health, safety, and retail standards throughout the construction process.
