About this Project

Otas was engaged to provide Project Management and Superintendency Services for Stage 1 Glebe Social Housing Development. The Project consisted of 120 social housing units across 3 towers and associated public works.

We Delivered full project management services for this residential development, overseeing the project from concept through to construction. Responsibilities included consultant engagement, program and budget management, authority coordination, and contract administration. Our proactive approach ensured efficient delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
