About this Project

Otas was engaged to provide Project Management and Superintendency services for Lurnea Townhouses Development. The project consisted of 11 townhouses and associated community works.

We Delivered full project management services for this residential development, overseeing the project from concept through to construction. Responsibilities included consultant engagement, program and budget management, authority coordination, and contract administration. Our proactive approach ensured efficient delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
