Otas was engaged as the Project Manager and Superintendent for the Hotel Palisade Refurbishment. The Project involved refurbishment of existing hotel facilities including basement kitchen, rooms, rooftop bar and balcony.

We delivered comprehensive project management and superintendent services for the refurbishment of the iconic Hotel Palisade. Our responsibilities included managing design development, heritage compliance, contractor engagement, and site supervision. We coordinated all construction activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations while maintaining strict timelines, budget control, and premium quality standards for this landmark hospitality asset.
