Otas was engaged to provide Town Planning and Project Management Services for 12 townhouses in Marrickville. The Development consisted of 12 residential townhouses and associated subdivision works.

We provided end-to-end town planning and project management services for this development. Services included planning advice, development application preparation, stakeholder coordination, and authority approvals. Our project management team oversaw design development, program management, and consultant coordination to ensure timely delivery and planning compliance from concept to DA approval.
