About this Project

Otas was engaged to provide Town Planning Services for Pymble Ave, Pymble. The Project consisted of R4 Zoning planning review and construction of 3 residential building with 40 apartments.

We provided comprehensive town planning services to support the asset procurement of including site analysis, review of existing DA approvals and subsequent amendments, planning reports, and coordination with Council and referral authorities. Our team ensured compliance with local planning controls, streamlined the approvals process.
